Websites are notorious for gobbling up the cash. PlannedSites wants to do something about that! We will bill you for a fixed monthly amount payable by Direct Debit, agreed by yourself and us according to the facilities and services you want. We will not bill you for anything other than that, so you won’t get any unexpected bills from us. We will design and set your site up free of charge. Yes, that’s right – we will bear a major part of the cost of giving you a state of the art website. We can do this because of our new and effective creation strategies (in conjunction with your vision of what the website should be).
We want to do this because, simply, we want your business. We believe that our mutual best interests will be served by the development of a long-term business relationship, and we are willing to put in effort up-front to convince you. This is not some introductory offer - it is our current business strategy. Of course, like all strategies it will have to be re-assessed at some point, so there’s no time like the present to talk to us. Because we are doing this, we will expect your commitment to stay with us for at least six months.
Note that this does not involve populating the website with words and images. We can do this for you, of course, for an extra charge.
MONTHLY CHARGES
Firstly, forgive the techspeak. We have tried (honestly) to keep it to a minimum, but we have to tell you some of the technical stuff, so you’ll know we’ve thought it through. If you want more information on any of these items, contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
STANDARD CARE AND MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
The standard maintenance and facilities package for your site will cost you £45.00 per month, plus VAT. For this inclusive sum, you will get:
- Site design and set-up, with basic Google optimisation built in. The website to be built to published quality standards and with email facilities
- Hosting on Dell servers with Intel processors, using Microsoft software
- UK based hosting (very important for Google placing and for security). The servers are located near the UK internet backbone so there will be plenty of bandwidth
- 100% uptime guaranteed. The site is mirrored so an immediate back-up is available if there is a problem
- Unlimited number of email boxes
We also include in the Standard Package:
- Management of your site unless you want to do this yourself (using the SelfEditor function) or a mix of us managing your site and you doing some bits yourself (we’ll show you how).
- Technical aspects of keeping the site running (as you’d expect).
OTHER ITEMS
In addition to the comprehensive services and facilities in the Standard Package, there are other useful features and services we can offer you if you want them. Look at the table to see what they are, and how much they will cost.
We can do the copywriting for your site, to provide the selling message. We would need to talk to you about that in more detail, though, because we’d need to be sure that our words match your business.
